Homemade Cinnamon Vanilla Ice Cream
For those days we crave ice cream, here's a quick and easy recipe!

What you'll need:
5 cups powdered milk
1 tbspn Cinnamon powder (gives a nice twist of flavor)
3 Cups Sugar (depends on you: more or less?)
4 egg whites
Vanilla extract
Warm water

Directions
Warm some water on the stove, break the eggs, separate the yolk from the whites. Do this in a clean bowl.
While you wait for the water, get another clean bowl, mix your dry ingredients, 1 tbspn Cinnamon, 3 cups sugar and 3½ cups powdered milk(save 1 cup for later).
Add a little warm water into the egg whites and whisk. Warm water kills the bacteria and makes it safe for consumption.
Whisk until fluffy. Thoroughly fluffy
To the 1½ cup of milk, add 1 cup of water, gently pour into the egg, whisking and turning at intervals. Add vanilla extract or powder.
If you've got a grinder/blender, blend the dry ingredients further, it will speed up the whisking process and give that really really nice smooth texture, you will love.. (But this is optional of course).
Add the powdered mix in portions, slowly and carefully, into the wet mix, stir properly (ensure its properly mixed and has no bubbles) Whisk away !
You don't want the texture of the ice cream too thick, you'll want it just right. So add more water if needed.
Store in a Cool dry place Keep refrigerated. Your delicious homemade cinnamon ice is ready to be devoured, at anytime, by you. It's that simple.

I did all this manually and by hand, but you can use a whisking machine. Took about 25 mins. Pretty easy.
Whichever way you decide to do it, the result is still the same, a delicious Cinnamon Vanilla Ice Cream.
