FOREHEAD CARE

The forehead is believed to be ⅓ of the face, a third eye, as well as the greasiest part of the face aside from the nose.

It is the most integral part of the face, infact sometimes the part people see before the eyes. It is also prominent to wrinkles.
If the forehead has lines, it could cause you to look old and unattractive. Frowning a lot and stress neglect has a contributing factor to etched wrinkles and fine lines across the forehead.

Although it could be as a result of aging.
Here are few Simple tips to help bring back a YOUthful appearance to that forehead

1) Cultivate the habit of drinking lots and lots of water daily, healthy organs, equals smooth wrinkle free forehead.

2) Indulge in eating fish and nuts: these should be your natural botox. Eat fish and nuts regularly, take at least a small serving bowl size or a handful everyday.

3) Massage the face and forehead regularly, doing so improves blood circulation thereby strengthening and tightening the skin.

4) Stop Frowning: Are you surprised?  Too much thinking reduces hairline matter of fact, but did you know that frowning, especially for long periods, overtime cause folds or crease and wrinkled skin around places such as the forehead?

Frowning could be as a result of stress, anger,etc but which ever way, bring it down to a minimum and try smiling instead.

5) Apply Oil to the forehead: Vegetable oil and Coconut oil are good examples, but really any type of oil will do, so long as your skin does not irritate with it.
Leave to absorb completely for 10-15 minutes, wash off and seal with cold water or ice cubes.

6) Don't Forget Sunscreen
Apply a pea size amount of your favorite Sunscreen on your forehead and massage Gently in upward motions.
Use especially when out and about for long periods under the Sun.

7)Moisture-wise
Moisturize this delicate area daily, following and upwards direction and tap's tap or press gently into skin with clean fingers, never had rub!

8) More Greens
Eat more fruits and vegetables to refreshen and smoothen the forehead. Tweak it things up as a smoothie or salad.

9) Fruity Masks: Seriously consider including fruit masks into your skincare. Not only do they aid in clear skin, they also tighen and firm loose facial skin especially the forehead!

You can also use coconut almond or olive oil on the forehead for a softer appearance.
