Check the expiry date of the skin care product.
Ensure you get adequate sleep, this helps the body and skin to regenerate.
When buying a skin care product it is advisable to scan through the product for allergies and to know whether there are any harmful agents in the soap.
Avoid sleeping with make up on the face and use proper make up cleaning tools.
Apply cream at night and use sunscreen during the day.. to prevent aging.
Eat generous amounts of fruits and vegetables known to contain collagen which is good for the skin e.g Orange, Apple etc
Use petroleum jelly or Kerosene for open skin cuts and injuries for speedy healing.
Stay consistent with one particular skin care product.
Exercise daily or at least once in a week; this helps to open up the pores of the skin and remove toxins.
Wash bed sheets and clothes regularly to avoid dirt accumulating on the skin.
Be conscious of what you consume, avoid excessive beef or oily food as it could clog the pores of the skin and cause acne.
