Baking soda is a nifty trick, it thickens and crisps fried eggs at the same time, for that crunchy savoury effect with zero side effects.
Time: 5 minutes
INGREDIENT (serving for 1)
2 eggs(raw)
½ of a half teaspoon Baking soda/powder
1 teaspoon ground pepper
2 tablespoonful groundnut oil (Vegetable oil)
Salt(to taste)
Preparation
1.Crack open the eggs, transfer contents into a clean bowl.
2.Whisk the egg, yolk and whites together using a fork.
3.Add baking powder, salt and pepper and tease.
4.Drizzle 2 tablespoonful of oil generously around a nonstick pan already on the stove.
5.Pour the teased eggs in, allow to brown a little on both sides, Fold. Turn off the heat.
6.Lift one time into a plate or inbetween Agege bread.
