Today I bring you, Peanuts and Chocolates. Time to stir up success, for the love of chocolates. Cheers

Ingredients
200g unsalted butter
2 tablespoon cocoa powder (heaped)
200g dark chocolate, roughly 70% cocoa solids (roughly chopped)
300g smooth peanut butter
100ml double cream
150g light brown muscovado sugar
150g of granulated sugar
2 teaspoon salt
Salted pretzels (optional)

Directions
Quickly blend the granulated sugar using a hand blender, so a smooth powder is formed. Pour 2 heaped tablespoons of cocoa powder and salt, mix, set aside. Get the salted pretzels, put into a plastic bag or wrap and use a dough roller or long pipe and roll gently until completely crushed. Transfer into a dry bowl and set aside(cover) Put the chopped dark chocolates inside a bowl and then into a microwave till it is completely melted.  Half. Add in the powdered cocoa, slowly stir in the cream until properly combined. Add your powdered sugar into the mixture, mix or stir completely, layer in the other half of the melted dark chocolate and fold together until no lumps remain. Melt the unsalted butter using a microwave and add in.
Mix peanut butter and muscavodo sugar together, pour in the chocolate mixture, folding in gently and slowly, until smooth and zero lumps. Use and electric whisker, set on low speed, and just whip once or twice, for an even and smoother texture. Mhmm…yum!
Serve with bread or as a topping to your desserts and drinks. Enjoy!
