In order to achieve that flawless skin , one must learn the ropes of caring for the skin, both externally and internally. Most times people care only for the external appearance, forsaking proper diet too. You are so interested in buying creams, soaps, but what about your diet! If your diet mostly consists of junk foods, carbs, oils, Fats, starch, or Starvation...don't expect a flawless skin. If you know you're guilty,You need to stop!
Start including fruits and vegetables, nuts, proteins ...equalize things, balance your diet out!
Drink lots and lots and lots of CLEAN water
Take fruits rich in vitamin c (orange, lemon, pineapple
Daily lifestyle and habits may also be a contributing factor to damaged skin. Habits such as Smoking, spending long hours under the sun, littleto no exercise(inactivity), etc
Bear in mind good skin is not magic, it takes hardwork and dedication, even your favorite celebs spend hours at the gym. Why won't you?
Thanks for sharing. It is really nice to take care of our skin
