Before using a 'naturally' organic oil or butter for/on your skin, know the comedogenic oil ratings first ! Knowledge about this will be a GUARANTEED improvement on your skin (If your a customer) and great improvement of Skincare products (If you're a formulator).

So here's the Load down on the Comedogenic Ratings of oils :
Comedogenic refers to ingredients or products that have likely tendency's to clog/block pores. Thereby causing or promoting Comedones, a big word for Acne.
A Comedogenic Rating of 1 signifies a slight chance that the oil will clog pores
A rating of 2 tells you that the oil will not clog pores for most people, but will for some. This means that some will begin to notice clogged pores or a slight 'purge' in some cases (to some extent)
Comedogenic rating of 3 is where a lot of people will breakout and purge(note emphasis on WILL). It's a 50/50 % chance. Meaning that a lot of people may not break out too because of their skin type.
A Comedogenic Rating of 4 suggests RUN, lol. A Comedogenic Rating of 4 suggest that Most people will definitely breakout using this oil or product. Unless they have a tough skin(good tolerance for it). This largely depends on a number of skin type factors!
And Finally, A Comedogenic Rating of 5 is DISAPPEAR. Basically a GUARANTEED rating/high Chance of people breaking out, very easily and Very Very fast !
