Make up Wipes are not formulated to completely clean your skin.
They are formulated to break down the build up of makeup. This is why your face may look make up free or completely clean after a swipe. But these wipes actually leave residues and don't do much favours to the skin within!
They also contain concentrated amounts of surfactants and emulsifiers which can be drying to skin, even worse irritating
Makeup wipes also largely contain high amounts/levels of preservative(a skin damaging ingredient) to help keep them for longer(maintain a longer shelf life).
It will be good to know that High levels of preservatives could trigger an allergic skin reaction, and when this happens you don't need me or anyone to tell you what comes next....
