COCONUT OIL

When I think of coconut oil, I'm immediately reminded of the strong nutty smell it has, and tiny screws fill mytummy. Not only that, When applied, coconut oil smells like recycled vomit. To be precise, tea that had been rejected several times, from an audacious rusty Gut. That alone discourages me from using the oil- the after thought of- when this oil comes in contact with my hair, I'm instantly taken aback, my throat clogs and I immediately have the sensation of paying a visit to the nearest Toilet. 5 years now and my nostril is still not accustomed to it.

Regardless of its popular testimonials on how good it is. Experience is indeed the best teacher. I used coconut oil once for my hair and couldn’t stop using it since then. Coconut oil may be amazing, but I don't use it on my skin alone, never have, not sure I ever will. I am still sceptical.

For those still confused or unfamiliar with coconut oil:- The oil is got from the meat of a coconut fruit. A coconut is heavily protected inside a thick green bark and a hard woody shell casing. Coconut is Oval in shape and has a milk white fibre surrounding the shells core on the inside and water is found in the vacuum of the fruit fibre. Both fruit and water contains a plethora of nutrients. But its selling point is the outrageous amount of Vitamin E, a very good source for skin nourishment, found in the meat. That is why it is good to know how to make coconut oil.
